Sueing Floyd and Golden Boy lol , your an idiot , wanting somebody tested is not defamation and to win the case Manny would have to under go the testing to prove he is clean lol because without the test he could be dirty means Floyd snr was right , you people need to get your head out of your ass there will be no court case because the lawyers will tell him he has no case .

The judge will tell Pac to take the tests and Roachs whole training operation will be subject to investigations from Floyds lawyers...That wouldnt be smart for Roach especially if they want Pac to fight in 2010..because its just another distraction ON TOP of the roid mess.

This move is just a counter to some of the negative publicity that Pacquiao was beginning to receive due to his rejection of more stringent drug testing that's why they're making their intentions to file so public, but this case will make it nowhere near any court. From now on they will just say we're evaluating all of our options, but nothing will ever happen.
