It's suing him for the accusations which have tarnished his character. He himself has said he's getting people come up to him and ask him if he's taking something now. All started because of Floyd and company. This is what the lawsuit is for. In court, they aren't going to say, "Manny, Go take that drug test, prove Floyd wrong!" It has nothing to do with that because the lawsuit is in Manny's favor towards Floyd who has zero evidence on him.

But that's another case. The case at hand is Floyd and company saying Pac takes steroids which has tarnished his image. That is what the lawsuit is for. Floyd has zero proof. It can be as simple as that, or as hard as, it's not just a man suing because someone is calling him names. He is loved by millions in his country. The allegations bring about doubt and unfair testing requests and could cost him millions in endorsements, which is equivalent to lost wages which means someone has to pay that back. That will be the people responsible for the lost income and blacklisting in his industry, boxing. That has to be either Mayweather Sr. or Schaffer for demanding the tests be conducted. These tests are not mandated tests for all boxers and the fact that Floyd is willing to take the same tests means nothing because they were only brought up because Floyd was fighting Pac; this can be indirectly proven by May Sr's comments and Jr's comments. Their big mouths are going to cost them big.
