oh well... maybe because Pac has offered to be blood tested at the night of the fight right after the fight but Mayweather camp won't accept that.

now why wouldn't they accept that offer from someone who didn't have to take any blood tests in the first place? can manny eliminate the drug from his blood within an hour after the fight?
