manny never refused the test. i don't know why people keep saying that.

manny's compromise are fair. what floyd wants puts manny in a position where he is made to undergo tests he is uncomfortable with, which he didn't even have to take in the first place. manny should take the additional test unconditionally if there was any evidence of him being nothing but clean. unfortunately, the best evidence we have for this is:

1. Floyd Mayweather Sr. says so
2. manny has been succesful in the higher weights
