accusing someone of being a lousy boxer is opinion.

accusing someone of using illegal drugs without valid basis is slander.

[QUOTE=iloveboxing2;7075128]The only reason I predicted Pac to win his last 6 fights was because of his speed, I've seen the guy fight at 106..and he was so quick at that weight..what I noticed about Pac was,,stylewise...he is more of a street fighter..well he was a street boy..he is not really a boxer. Jr is a boxer, pure boxer..look at it this way ..who do you think would win if a boxer fights a street boy in his own arena, which is the street? Jr. has discipline and Pac is the opposite..so it will be exiting to watch....Pretty Boy meets the Street Boy.

That is a decent observation.I would be in the belief that Marquez had won his fights though.I think this fight does have potential to be exciting, but it also has potential to be more exciting outside of the ring than inside-it just depends on how Floyd makes this fight.I have a su****ion that the Super 6 is going to be better in the ring than this...nonetheless,I can't help but be enthusiastic with the Floyd/Manny fight because of some dynamics and intrigue it is already offering.Only 1 week ago,I told my brother that this fight will be delayed-looks like it will...I cannot imagine them going through with it when Manny just came off of a fight and has less than 80 days til the biggest test of his career-seems like they would have wanted more time to prepare with promotions and training-even Roach commented on this, ...

It wasn't stated as fact. For that reason there's going to be an uphill battle on this thing. Some old trainer far removed from whatever goes on at Wild Card Gym, giving his opinion on a fighter is not condemnation worthy.

Manny caused more brewhaha over this by not taking the blood tests. This is what really caused the eruption and made the U.S. sports news media take notice.

And let's not forget Pac's legal team opted not to sue Floyd Sr. the first time and hit with a cease and desist. Floyd hasn't said anything close to what he originally did in opinion form. This will not go anywhere.

Clear his name of the su****ion now that the mainstream media has gotten a hold of the information of him not wanting to do all of the RANDOM TESTING. It looks bad on Manny and its a bit sad since this is his biggest fight in his life. Ppl with a brain can see that this isn't a good look in the midst of the 'steriod era' in sports. And I haven't convicted him. But this isn't a good look man. For real.

pacquiao said he can be tested even right after the match, what's wrong with the writer tk stewartt, are you getting paid by GBP and gayweathers to destroy PAC's credibility. Who was the real cheater and wanna get advantage of his opponents, isn't it gayweathers? Do you think people will buy your media cooking? Idiot writer.

They wouldn't be suing for that, but the damage Pacquiao's name has taken. I truly believe Mayweather loses this case if it goes ahead.

So everyone must "clear their name" of baseless and slanderous allegations?

What is a lawsuit going to prove? Is it going to prove that he isn't juicin'? Even if he wins the lawsuit many people will still think he's been cheatin'. You want to discredit the Mayweathers and the now millions who have doubt, just take the tests.
