neither Mayweather Sr. or Golden Boy could possibly know that their opinion was false, as Pac has never been subjected to testing that would conclusively prove or disprove the steroid allegation. And Pacquiao cannot prove he has NEVER taken steroids, therefore he cannot even prove the allegation itself is false, much less the intent of those saying it

It's impossible to prove a negative. It's like trying to prove you didnt drink a beer 4 years ago. It cant be done.

Where is he getting his legal advice from? Juan Diaz? lolol

Honestly, what do you make of the whole situation? We all have to admit, Pacquiao's team have said alot of ****** crap as of late, I think they contributed GREATLY to this whole mess and suing is gonna make things worse.

Actually, I think it's just posturing on both sides. I can see where Floyd is coming from, when you look at the fact that Manny went from going life and death twice with Marquez to completely destroying Hatton, DLH, and Cotto. It does raise eyebrows.

On the other hand, Team Pac is well within their rights to say no.

For me, the irony here is that the undisputed KING of unreasonable demands (Pac), like making a defending champion come in 2 pounds under the weight limit, and limiting the amount of rehydration that DLH could do, is acting all offended that a potentially unreasonable request is being made of him. What goes around.........lol

The passing NSAC tests argument won't hold up if Shane Mosley's name is brought up. Blood isn't tested for PEDs. Sorry guys.

Manny has an uphill battle to fight in court.

I dont know. The amount of blood taken is so small that I find it hard to believe someone would pass on $40 million because of it. But who knows?

I'm hesitant to say that I find it su****ious, because I know what it is like to have steroid allegations put against you. After Nate merked Juan Diaz, the Diaz camp accused Nate of being on the juice. I will just say that I find it odd that they would refuse the testing........

                A worthless piece of *****e?
You're such a ****ty poster man, every time you come up with those ****** allegations and comments because your anger blinds you my son.

What is the judge gonna do? Pacquiao had only one move and this is it a bit** move if you ask me..he thinks people are gonna forget about him not taking a blood test with 50 mill dollaz involved.

This is not the time for fairy tales..take the test or be exposed simple as that.

                    Actually, it won't be.

This case isn't going to be about Manny having to prove he's not on drugs. It's not about Manny. It's about May SR and if he is indeed guilty about the 2 points presented in the original post.
