i don't know where people got the idea that manny refused to undergo the additional tests.

HE AGREED TO THE TESTS, BUT IS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH BLOOD BEING DRAWN TOO CLOSE TO THE FIGHT.

what he agreed to is already excessive. people won't be satisfied until he agreed to get his blood drawn between rounds.

If Armstrong can do it, why cant he?? Read the article thoroughly before posting.

The article is flawed...

Lance Armstrong is already following the drug testing rules for pro cycling!! He doesn't have to take outside tests to prove he's clean. He follows the rules of his sport, which has a history of doping scandals!

Manny Pacquiao follows the rules for pro boxing!! The Olympic style rules are NOT pro boxing's rules. They are Mayweather's rules!! If sports fans and the media were su****ious of Pacquiao, then they would immediately side with Mayweather in this case. But they are NOT!! NO reputable media source is questioning this...and Manny is the foreigner!! The only people that are su****ious of Pacquiao are the Mayweathers, Floyd's fans and Pacquiao haters....which is not even close to being enough to warrant an extra independent test!! How is the refusal of drawing blood 24-48 hrs before a fight suddenly enough to accuse someone of cheating, especially when blood taken immediately after the fight is equally as effective??? That time period isn't even enough for reasonable doubt!!
