lol, dude. There is a difference between donating blood and doing a drug test. When you donate they take quite a bit out of you. Drug tests don't require very much blood at all.

    ...think about it.

Lol! They take a PINT of blood from you when you donate. The testing organization draws a TEASPOON of blood for testing at every test.

Team Pacquiao and Arum know this or they would NOT have agreed to it in the first place.

              The damage control continues.

But what is overshadowed is the psychological part of giving blood, not just the physical part. Athletes have their own psyche and whatever makes them click is what it is. Pacquiao agreed to blood testing as long as it isn't a day or two before the fight.

He agreed to few weeks BEFORE and immediately after the fight.

Why can't this arrangement be made, most specially immediately after the fight? He isn't avoiding it, just that he is maintaining his psyche FOR THE FIGHT.

This guy from Gambler's Advisory makes a good point about a possible
refusal to give blood by the Pacquiao camp immediately after the fight

Starts at about the 3:30 mark...
