people will say gloves didnt matter, but if they didnt why would morales's promoter put ir in the contract? in my opnion if pac had ryes gloves he could cut morales, and in the 12 round morales was almost done a little bit more power and i think he would had him, little things can count and the little power that was tooken away from pacq coulda made the outcome diff. but o well he lost better luck next time

The gloves didnt have anything to do with who won. If the gloves are what keeps pacquiao from winning he dont deserve to win its as simple as that.

As for that 12th round, Morales was hurt cus he went southpaw to show boat. You think he would have showboated if he really felt he could have been knocked out? Keep in mind the reason Morales might have survived that 12th round was because he too made Pacquiao do the Cotto dance in that very round. He was hurt too.

Morales was badly hurt in the first by a body shot prior to the twelveth but Manny could have done a lot of other different things that could have given him the win even with the Winnings gloves.

Watup trace, I was merely pointing out that you can't use the gloves as a justification of Pac's lost. Erik won that night, fair and square just like I said. I'm just saying Pac could have done things differently that may have given him more chance of getting the win like not backing straight back, stop lifting his hands to say he wasn't hurt...

Cool..glad to hear it! (sigh of relief)
Maybe in the rematch (if there is one) he will keep all that in mind and do much better. That backing straight back is bad..no matter who it is. As for admitting he's hurt..I dont think he's got that in him. Too fiesty for that. With him giving up just doesnt seem like an option.
