I am viewing it objectively.. and so is Top Rank. Which is why they offered another testing agency. GBP has business ties with the one they are trying to use. They would treat Manny with biase.

So why not test with the same people that do NFL and NBA testing? If it's good enough for basketball and football.. it's good enough for boxing!

In order for Pacquiao to benefit from performance enhancing drugs they would have to be in his system at the time of the fight, therefor testing right after is reasonable and adequate.
The roids aren't just gonna leave his body right after the final bell is rung or the fight is called to a stop.
