Then what's wrong with the tests being done by any given independent agency used by the NBA or NFL???? Pacquaio and Arum said he would do any testing necessary just not from the USADA. For all we know the dispute could be as simple as team pacquiao believing Golden Boy and the mayweathers have a guy planted within the USADA and wants a different agency to do the testing.

No we're not. Alot of you like to use Lance Armstrong as a reference point when talkin about olympic style testing. In his own book Armstrong talks about a point where he was subjected to testing at 4am 7days in a row and how it affected his performance. It just never affected his overall point standings too much because how well your teaamates finish benefits your individual point standings in the tour defrance as well.
