From what I understand, the Olympic Doping Agency cannot guarantee they will not draw blood on the actual day of the fight though, so I'm not sure how that will work.

the USADA is a very trusted organisation though. they do a lot of work with the Olympics, the NFL, baseball, basketball, etc.

they're more or less the primary anti-doping organisation in the USA as far as i can tell from the small amount of research i've been doing the last couple days

So let Manny be tested in the states and Floyd can be tested in the Phillipines. That would be fair.
