Yes, they would do the actual testing, BUT Roach mentioned something in a video interview yesterday regarding Mayweather hiring a third party to take the actual blood, then the samples will be handed over to the USADA for testing. I would like to know more about this because it sounds shady as ****. If what Roach is saying is true, I don't blame them for telling Team Mayweather to get lost. But as I said, I want to know more before commenting further.

It's not about "manning up", it's about clarification and understanding of what Roach mentioned yesterday. If -- yes I said IF -- what Roach is saying is true, then I don't blame them for not giving in to Mayweather's demands and asking for another organization to take the actual blood. Arum and Roach said they'd be happy to allow trusted organizations to take the blood, such as those who deal with NBA, etc.

the USADA is a very trusted organisation though. they do a lot of work with the Olympics, the NFL, baseball, basketball, etc.

they're more or less the primary anti-doping organisation in the USA as far as i can tell from the small amount of research i've been doing the last couple days

This is common sense but when you're more interested in your fighter looking good then the truth, common sense can easily be ignored. He'll be off to the next thread looking to defend his hero's honor.

So he says but there is'nt any proof of that. If they take blood from Manny the night before the fight but nt from Floyd that could cost Manny the fight. Everyone keeps saying I don't understand why he's turning down $40 mill because of a drug test.
