Thats because most of the NFL, NBA and MLB would fail the test and these respective companies would lose money and won't have players to play due to suspensions so as a precaution they haven't implemented it. Manny is obviously hiding something and its looking bad for him if he refuses to take the test and pulls out the fight because of it. Nobody is buying that BS excuse about superstition and being weak because Mayweather has to take the same tests too. So either Manny puts up or shuts up and take the flack he's going to recieve after refusing to take a simple test and lose the biggest payday in boxing history over a simple test weh your'e supposed to be clean anyway.

hahaha thank you for proving my point, so you believe Pac when he says he is drain, but Morales was struggling to make weight still ***** slapped Pac and then went up to 135, wanted the rematch there but Roach was like HELL NO....and that ***** still gave Manny his most difficult fights and too bad Manny couldn't finish him because what was his excuse again....his socks? GTFO are you really that ******? You do know here in the US, they check both your urine and blood right?
