anyone who is the medical field knows that having a tattoo and drawing blood are two different things. Tattooing targets the skin not the vein, you do not draw blood out from tattooing. Please stop acting like you are medical experts. To some people after taking blood they feel weak. That's a Fact!!! This is just some power play by the Mayweathers. How sure are you that he will not be demanding something else after this. You give Jr to much credit..this coming off a guy who basically came in heavier in his last fight. Tell me this guy is not cunning enough to take advatage of anything. Manny is doing the right thing, you have to foot your foot down.

Mosley is with Golden Boy....you think they will let Pacquiao fight one of their fighters wihtout taking these drug tests??? thats going to make Richard Schaeffer and Oscar look unprofessional....and trust me..Mosley will be thinking "WTF, why is Pacquiao refusing to take these tests?".......Bob Arum is fuming, he knows there is no way he can back out of the fight without damaging Pacquiao's legacy.....there is no way around it....take the tests and end this bull****
