It doesn't even have to be floyd, it could be someone at his camp doing this **** behind floyds back. It's not like floyds the only one with cash. And money buys anything, I think these steroid tests are pointless because it won't prove **** to most ppl. I'm going to suspect Foul-Play if steroids do come up and not on Pacquiaos camp.
