If there's a hole in the system that cheats can easily get through, then i would say it's broke.

Again, he did not look the same. He was bigger, yes. But he was also smoother, which is expected. What has me perxplexed about Pacquiao is that he goes from 129lbs. to 147lbs. and looks the same, which is remarkable, especially when one considers that he's a mature adult with no prospects of natural growth. That is why I personally believe the PED charges are credible. A young man (18 years old) fighting at 129lbs. and then making his way up a few weight classes as he matures makes sense. When you are that young your body is still maturing, your bones are getting denser and continue to grow. Thus, being naturally heavier at 29 than you were at 19 makes sense. What doesn't make sense is being considerably heavier, while maintaining your conditioning, at the age of 30, and gaining all of this lean mass in short time period. So, that is what really needs to be answered!
Give or take, 5 years ago the difference in PAC is he had to trim down to the weight class he was fighting in, but on fight night, he would weigh the same for the division he's fighting in now.

It's not like PAC has gained weight the last 5 years, there hasn't been a sharp increase in his weight gain, he just no longer has to cut down to meet the specific weight. Today's PAC is literally fighting at his natural weight, no need to cut weight whatsoever, which is the complete opposite of what most fighters do so they can gain an advantage !!

Notice how the USADA has jumped at the opportunity to collect the fees associated with this deal? Its a huge money maker for them especially if you consider future fights using them. Is Floyd going to write them a check, no, but don't think they don't love the fact that Floyd picked them.
