they are designed to test Olympians throughout their 4 year training ....

Pro boxing, MLB, NFL, and NBA fall under the same category...
the commission states that the protocol that they abide by is sufficient ....
and Manny is willing to meet those standards

How will boxing turn ugly? because the cheaters get found out? Boxing commissions don't test for HGH, so any boxer can get away with using it. The rules need to be changed.

Synthetic growth hormone injections are notoriously tough to identify. The current state-of-the-art test can't detect HGH more than 48 hours after the last injection
