I think he was referring to the Mosley Margo fight...
It had me confused too because i thought he was saying that I was wrong when I stated the NSAC failed to detect HGH in Mosley's system for his fight.

Yeah, I caught that afterward. That makes it even worse.
The CSAC missed something much more crucial than PED's.
