So we are supposed to believe simple Urine test as done before is going to determine that Pacquiao is absolutely clean.

People forget that Shane Mosley didn’t get caught until years after the fact when he was using Performance Enhancement Drugs. The test that Mayweather is suggesting would have prevented these instances.
