i wish Bob could explain then how it was that Mosley was on roids and he too took a urine test and was found to be clean...when a couple years later Victor Cote was raided and they found check writen by Mosley for a PED called the cream and the clear... clear hence it was undetetable by unrine. It these checks werent come across by the feds till this day no one would have even known shane cheated. Manny is paranoid if you ask me???

Because he was on the "clear" and at the time they didn't have a test for it, it was a designer steroid.

They now have testing methods in place to detect these types of PEDs and the studies were performed at UCLA under the supervision of the man who pioneered steroid testing/detection.

Too bad he says urine testing is only good for Steroids, the issue isnt steroids its other drugs that arent found in the urine like hGH which leaves your blood in 24 hours and can only be traced in the blood and not urine. You cant test for that when the guy knows the day he's being tested and if its only urine testing that's random. No one is dumb enough to take roids these days hGH is the big problem and Arum is doing everything to avoid tests that will expose wether Manny is using hGH or not

How is Floyd calling all the shots? He has agreed to all of Pacs demands, including the ridiculous amount of money he would have to pay if he is over weight at all. It has been speculated that Pac may be using some performance enhancing drugs. If it's not true then agree to the tests. This article states that he is willing to be tested, as long as he knows when he's being tested. That should sound a lil su****ious to anyone who reads it, including Pac fans. If you have nothing to hide agree to the mega fight.
I'm sure Floyd wants this fight. Not so sure about Pac's team tho. There have been many excuses from Pac's side since the Cotto fight. Not that I think it's coming from Pac ( i believe Pac is a warrior and will fight anyone) but I'm not sure his team feels the same.

1)Has Floyd ever come in over the agreed upon weight before?

2)Has Manny ever once come close to testing positive for steroids or any other PEDs?

This is a man whose prime motivation is money, hence his moniker. He's not driven to want to be great, he's driven by money so he can jump in a rap video and say he's paid and only uneducated morons eat that up. This is a man who could care less about the sport, as on many occasions he has repeatedly stated that the sport is dead without him, obviously his ego is bigger than the sport of boxing. This is purely a psychological ploy to either thwart the fight, gain a mental edge and disrupt the opponent's camp or a combination of all three.

It's telling that he won't make the jump to 154 and fight a guy like Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez, his fans will argue that he isn't a 154 pound fighter, then why was one of his original requests to have this fight take place at 154?
