It is obvious he wants this fight, and him asking for Olympic style drug testing has ben the only stipulation he has been steadfast on and Manny is not willing to take the tests.

Co-sign....I'll also add that Arum claiming Pavlik was too ill to fight Williams but ends up fighting 2 weeks after the scheduled date. He claimed Margarito was innocent. His bribe conviction. His track record when it comes to lying for his fighters. He has no credibility on this. Pacquiao's going to have to come out and speak for himself. If he doesn't he's going to look like a puppet who is hiding something. The Nevada state athletic commission does not have sufficient testing for HGH and other sophisticated PED. 8oz gloves: Standard for a WW fight. Not a demand.
147: So, you're saying that Mayweather actually did ask for 154? Is that not a ***** move?
10 Million penalty: Since Floyd failed to honor the catchweight against Marquez, this demand is not unreasonable. Since Floyd can easily make 147, it's not even an issue. Let's not make it one.
50-50: Pacquiao does not deserve less than that, no matter how anyone tries to spin this. Anyone who claims Pacquiao is worth less than 50% is a biased or dishonest individual.

You are incorrect about Manny refusing to be tested. The issue is WHEN the blood is taken. Roach is OK with testing no closer than three days before the fight. I repeat: THREE DAYS. In what way is that unreasonable?
