roach has already conceded to 3 tests and it'll be random and it could be up to 3 days before the fight. there will be 1 right after the fight as well.

the issue now is they don't mind random testing but at a set time.

meaning the days can be random but at a set time say 11am or something like that.

they just don't want any possibility of some 2AM blood testing while in camp.

i don't think the time matters if it is a set time as long as the day of the test is unknown and random.

he's not asking for a set schedule of the day. a set time schedule as in what time they do it.

they can do it any day and it'll be random.

meaning say they set a time of 11AM-1PM. they won't know what day it'll be but it'll be during camp hours and not say 2AM in the morning at pacquiao's house when he's sleeping.
