I have only recently started following P4P rankings so heres a qus. Has Oscar ever been ranked #1 p4p in his carreer. And if not around what place was he ranked?

I dont think anyone can beat Oscar at 147. His is smarter than all those fighters in the ring..might not be the quickest but he is quick enough..and still has that nasty left hook that he launches from all different angles..Mosely gave him alot of trouble but I beleive Oscar won the 2nd fight between them and if there were a 3rd I think Oscar would win by dec..
