glove size the athletic commissions do.

if you don't make weight , you don't win the sanctioning bodies' belt.

It's the "Manny is afraid of needles" crap that is blatantly exaggerated. He will take the test.

Pacquiao is "superstitious". Fighting without steroids brings him bad luck.

Manny is so scared of needles that he has a bunch of tattoos.

Kobe bryant, lebron james, maria sharapova and michael phelps took the test.....why can't Manny Pacquiao?

Great move by Ellerbe and Schaefer. The sport needs more honesty and transparency.

        Lou diBella was right. Again.

yeah i kno u dont get the belt...floyd won't come in over 147 so i don't get that penalty....but both fighters have to agree on a glove size that the athletic commission does not require

This is professional boxing, not the olympics.

State Athletic Commission is in charge, not USADA.

this is like saying fuuck *****(NSAC), lets listen to palin(USADA).

hahaha he paid jmm 600,000 jmm was a warrior and agreed to it...and plus it was always labeled a "welterweight" fight..but u think welterweight is 144 or even 145....name one fight floyd came over 154...besides his fight with ODLH...why do u think floyd agreed so quickly to the 10 million dollar penalty...he know he wont come in over weight...

he usually comes in at 146...

and in his 154 fight he came in 150...

that 10M is only for insurance. reason why that popped up is beacuse of reports floyd wanting to fight at 154. never say never.
