it's simple, have Manny concede to the test and then you'll know if Mayweather is scared. I think that Arum is full of it. Mayweather isn't scared and he'll fight Manny. I don't blame him for taking precautions. Mayweather isn't just asking Manny to take the tests he's willing to take them as well.
