    • With all the talk of steroids. Pacquiao should agree with the test just to shut up everybody.

Why not? Fobia is the reason? Superstition?

      Come'on. Pacquiao isn't a cheater(until prove wrong).

Floyd is afraid and needs to know that he is going to face a human, and not an alien.

      • There is no logical argument (medical or otherwise) to refuse to proceed with more stringent testing. It dosen't matter if you are a Floyd fan or a Pac fan. AS A BOXING FAN YOU SHOUlD BE FOR BETTER STANDARDS. IT PROTECTS THE INTEGRITY OF THE SPORT AND WILL PREVENT A FIASCO LIKE THIS OCCURING IN THE FUTURE, WHERE MANNY IS BEING TRIED IN A COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. More onerous testing standards in any sport are never a bad thing especially in boxing which its sad to say has poor testing procedures compared to many other sports.

BOTTOM LINE PAC SHOULD AGREE TO THIS WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

        • floyd should go on every big sports station, radio station in the U.S., and humiliate Pacman until he agrees. Thats the only way.

And then roach said that manny being superstitious will take the blood test the day after the fight, so what's the difference now, but floyd insisted on a day before. Wtf is that, manny already agreed to be tested, he just wanted it done after the fight!! What's wrong now floyd??!

                  • am i the only one who understood what pac's camp is saying? from what i understand, this random blood testing can occur anytime within 30 days before the fight. i've read from another article that it could happen even after the weigh-in which i believe doesn't sit well with pacman's handlers. and to the irate of bob arum, it isn't even required to do it. well i do think pac should just comply however, i would not allow testing a week before the fight so there aren't excuses. in addition, they would submit to the testing also after the fight which makes no difference so why insist on it.

other points that should be taught to some of floyd's nut huggers here...
$10M penalty applies to both fighters if they come in above the AGREED WEIGHT which is 147. why in the hell would this an advantage over the other unless the other wants to come in heavier. there is no reason for floyd not to come in at 147 especially manny who's even having trouble to maintain heavy.

2nd, if you check out past manny fights, he weighed in at 145 for the marquez rematch, gaining 16 pounds in the process. de la hoya fight revealed he weighed 148 which is considerable amounting that he didn't have to lose weight. against hatton he still weighed 148 during fight night. against cotto 149 as reported by ariza. these facts alone should make you believe he ain't on anything. if he had used any, shouldn't he be weighing more than he used to as a super featherweight, that's right, enough said.

i am really annoyed that some fans are buying mayweather sr.'s accusations. but oh well, i am annoyed by pacfans as well

                      So true, dude... so true...

Why should anybody have something against better testing in general... Boxing is a blood sport not like track running, swimming or something like that. Basically it's a shame that boxing were your life is in danger and even more if somebody cheats hasn't had better testing in forever...

I would have absolutely have no problem if this olympic style of testing would be now basis... is it fool proof no it isn't... cheaters will always find a new way... but blood tests have a way better chance then urine tests in perspective on some drugs...

I think that will put a potential Mayweather-Mosley fight in jeopardy as well... I mean Mayweather will now believe his theory more then ever and will probably demand it from Mosley as well
