there is an article at examiner.com by scott heritage that says there that hair testing is more reliable than either blood or urine since the compounds remain for 90 days if taken.

If you want to have a chance against doping or other stuff you need both... urine and blood... blood alone doesn't get it as well as urine... the only chance you got is to have it both but even then hair testing is way better...
