He's had to give blood every year to apply for a boxing license in the U.S. What's the difference between that and Mayweather? The NSAC blood test was just to find blood-borne diseases, not performance enhancing drugs.

Those who are defending Manny's decision on not wanting to take the Olympic style test on random dates before the fight, would you honestly(swear to your mother) defend Floyd if he was in this situation using the same exact excuses as Pacquiao? And would you be accusing Pacquiao of being the cause of the fight not happening because Floyd doesn't want to be tested?
