PAC has every right to demand a stiff penalty if either of 'em go over the weight limit, because his opponent, Mo**ey Mayweather has a recent history of reneging on a contract at the last minute!!

While Mo**ey's camp has no basis for their accusations that the chosen one is on PED's !!

    the penalties will be meaningless.

    both sides know it.

both guys came in under 145 and 146 their last fight.

i'm trying to think if maybe they're just using this as a bargaining tool for other demands.

say against the 8 oz./10 oz. gloves issue or maybe the drug testing issue.

    who knows?

this fight is done. no way it doesn't happen.

That's not the point!! They should be thankful that PAC is even open to the idea of Olympic testing. There's not a single type of evidence that PAC is doin' somethin' funny. But, like I said earlier, Mo**ey Mayweather has a history of reneging on a contract!!

Mo**ey has been guilty before!! I personally wouldn't do it base on principle alone.

Here's an analogy. Would you allow someone to search your house because they think you're doing something illegal, yet, they can't back up their su****ions ?

if i were Pac i'd ditch the 10mil per pound penalty & instead have a 10mil penalty if the drug tests come negative

When has Mayweather ever reneged on a boxing contract?

Please don't say coming in overweight in the Marquez fight because that will make you look like an idiot. That wasn't an example of reneging. That was an example of someone not meeting the all the requirements of a contract. That is the equivalent of paying your rent late and paying a penalty as a result. Reneging means to go back on a promise or commitment, as in backing out of a fight (ex: Joan Guzman vs Nate Campbell)
