    What's Pac going to do?

NOT accept the Olympic style testing?

So that the fight is further delayed, and then delayed again do to his Filipino politics?

He'll accept the Olympic Testing, for sheer virtue of that fact. There's too much on the table.

It is funny though how all the Pacquiao fans assumed, Mayweather would have a problem with paying 10 million for being over the WW limit.

Schaefer said he hoped it was simply a "miscommunication" on the Pacquiao side.

"I do hope it is some sort of miscommunication and that Pacquiao is not even aware of what is going on and he will clear this up and say what is good enough for these great Olympic athletes is good enough for him and Floyd, and he agrees to do these drug tests.

I'm hoping this it as well. Manny rarely ever deals with any of the negotiation process and all that. I bet we get some team pacquiao responses tomorrow confirming Pac is on board with the testing.

              Effectiveness of Blood Test
              # Positive tests have not surfaced because athletes often take the drug during the off-season and the blood test can only detect HGH between 24 and 48 hours after use. Furthermore, many organizations, like Major League Baseball, do not allow blood testing for their players.

              Effectiveness of Urine Test
              # According to USA Today, the urine test can detect HGH two weeks after use. This is because the test involves a particle that traps HGH molecules and amplifies their presence so the hormone can be identified.

              Roach:
Roach said it’s an issue because Mayweather’s side has been insisting Pacquiao give blood as close as 48 hours within the fight.
So an immediate blood drawn after the fight might make the most sense.

It wont tell what the fighter had been using going into the fight though

In addition, Schaefer told ESPN.com that the sides had agreed on an unprecedented penalty if either fighter weighed in heavier than the contract limit of 147 pounds.

"We agreed to $10 million per pound, or fraction thereof," Schaefer said. "That's what the Pacquiao side wanted and we said OK to that. That's unheard of. We have agreed on everything except for this drug testing issue. I have to think Pacquiao is unaware of this. The drug testing had been part of the contract for a while and then they suddenly said no. I was informed of that [Tuesday] morning. Suddenly they changed course and I don't know why."
Why does Floyd look dead ass tired in you sig and Manny Pacquiao looks like he can go 12 more rounds?
