If you fail a drug test before the fight,the fight will not go ahead.The promoter loses money and you can get sued.
If you faile drug test after the fight,people have bought the fight,you get some of the money and claim you took something for flue.No losses there.Arum doesnt mind Manny failing a drug test after the fight because Arum will have gained.
