Hey smart one, would you rather fight Oscar Dela Hoya for 20x the money and reputation or fight a overrated bum?

It has nothing to do with image.

They just don't want Pac/Roach to get a look at them before they could possibly fight him.

The only chance Tim Bradley has a chance to fight with is Amir Khan. Pacquiao would go for Mayweather and Mosley before he ever fights Bradley at all.

That's not necessarily true... Pac is only 30, he will be in the fight game for awhile IMO regardless of retirement talks.

And Bradley, I see going nowhere, and I see nobody beating him at that weight.

Pac-Bradley may not be on the burner right now, but in a few years time it very well could be..

Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach claimed Bradley would be top of his potential sparring list, which also included WBA champion Amir Khan and Andre Berto, but Bradley, who holds the WBO title, claimed he would only spar with Pac-Man if the 31-year-old was retiring.

I couldnt understand anyone whoever thought Bradley would be ****** enough to agree. Why should he spar Manny when he's better than Manny anywhere?

I agree Bradley would probably be the next big thing in Boxing in years to come, but I truly think Pacquiao would rather go for Shane Mosley to obtain a better legacy since Shane Mosley has a huge reputation.

Bradley has always been impressive whenever I've watched him. At times he definitely has a touch of the Marvin Hagler about him. Good technical skills and no obvious weaknesses. Definitely a handfull for any fighter - even a guy like Pac.

If Bradley does have a problem it is less an issue with his abilities than his image. The guy just isn't box-office. He needs to bring a touch of showmanship (whether that be trash-talking, ostentatious lifestyle or plain old fashioned brutal hitting) to his game and the doors will open for him.

To be honest, I'm not sure what he's gaining by skipping this opportunity. Sure, Pac & Roach get a chance to look at his game - but it's not like he'll miss out vice-versa. Who's to say he wouldn't gain some measure of confidence - or perhaps advantage even? And any association with Pac must put some extra numbers on one's wage packet.

Bradley shows he's a smart guy when he declined. But I dissagree that Bradley is Better than Pac!! I don't think Bradley has a chance at all against Pac.
