No evidence that says it's true or not true, but the circumstances are funny. The fact that no one watched green's hands getting wrapped is one thing, the fact it took very long and the whole "no comment" remark by green is a bit strange.

I'm not saying he did or he didn't, I'm just sayin I think somethin fishy is going on with green. I don't like the guy at all.
