And your predictions, that's ridiculous, Floyd won't be beaten up running straight backwards way from Manny, when Floyd get's hurt he stays in close, minimizes the target area, and holds. Running back just gives the opponent room to stalk you down and beat you up, and that's why Cotto got whooped so badly.

And Floyd won't be moving in wide open getting clocked over and over by Manny either, Floyd is a different fighter to those guys. You don't know anything so all you can do is make reference to guys who fight nothing like Floyd.
Thanks for your response. It's nice to know how you think Pretty Boy will react to the Pacman's Fistic onslaught. This fight will definitely be a "Chess Match" and since we all know that Manny is a relentless "Fighting Machine," it is hard to imagine how poor Floyd will even last this fight lest he avoids the Pacman's fury and fistic assaults by going into "Full-Tactical-Retreat" as did Miguel Cotto. Long night of what? Mayweather isn't going to do **** we all know that. He may land 5 punches per round and win a UD but that's about it.

It also confuses the other camp as to what to expect.

Should they prepare for Pac to come out hard and fast early on, or is this some kind of trap by Roach?
"if he rushes in, the fight will end early. if he takes his time and tries to box, he'll get a slow beating." - floyd mayweather jr.

                  myth

floyd's orthodox technique may be superior, but that' doesn't mean he's the more skilled boxer.

if floyd falls behind early he will have to catch up. to catch up he's gonna have to throw more punches, thus exposing himself to return fire from pac. If I'm floyd, I want to win the early rounds so that I can run the rest of the fight instead of putting pressure on pac.

thus, floyd has to fight the perfect fight. floyd's not gonna want to fall behind early.

it's a myth that pbf will easily outbox pac. remember, cotto ran from pac and lost every round that he was running. you can't run from pac and win in vegas. vegas favors aggression and activity.
lol at comparing cotto's fighting style to mayweather's......cotto doesn't fight well, unless he's the one doing the stalking.....when cotto's begins running, it's usually because he's hurt already. mayweather doesn't run, he ducks, dodges, blocks, and rolls punches.....he doesn't have to be on his "back leg" to do that, meaning he's always in positon to fire back. cotto runs when he's hurt, and throws shots basically to keep his opponent at bay. mayweather makes you miss, then makes you pay.

i'll be laying down btw. $500-1000 on floyd also....easy money.

I mean to say that all Floyd does is pot shot when describing his boxing skills is VERY shallow.
anybody on here that describes floyd's style as "potshotting," or "running," should just be ignored.

truth be told, they really don't....oh, they'll bet the e-points on this site, but most of 'em ain't confident enough to bet real money. what pacquiao fans are doing right now, is sort of "wishful thinking" and/or "privately hoping."

as a mayweather fan, i can't wait for the actual night of the fight. the build-up will be tremendous, but fight night will be spectacular.....

the pacquiao fans should sit back, and enjoy all the pre-fight hype, and the back and forths, b/c once fight night comes, their hero dies....notice how quiet the cotto fans have been lately......same for manny and his fans, so enjoy it while it lasts.
