they are good boxers, but when you get done, they are facing the best pure boxer in the world. So for you say that he did the same thing for DLH, Hatton, Cotto does not justify it. I just don't think that it is wise to get in the media and start telling parts of your game plan. I mean, just from a coaching standpoint, its not wise to say how I plan to attack this team or that team. I will keep everything simple with the media and say that we are facing a good opponent and we will find a way to win. But I would not go about HOW I plan to win. Could just be me though. To each his own I guess.Hatton I admit is not very smart in terms of ring IQ, but PAC put him away in less than 6 minutes anyway. But my God, Oscar and Miguel are very skilled and had very good amateur pedigrees. De La Hoya is an Olympic gold medalist for crying out loud, Cotto schooled Mosley on the other hand. And you are here calling them not highly intelligent boxers?! I mean you sound like you're smarter than they, that you got more boxing knowledege and skills...Comment

ok, I still don't agree with it. I mean, if its the Super Bowl you think I'm going to let ESPN come in and film my offensive practice when we are putting in new plays to run against our opponent in the Super Bowl...no way. Like I say, it may just be me that feels that way.Comment

Most (or at least a great deal) of Manny's fans jumped on lately, check the join dates of half these *******s. Just saying, because a lot of those fans that have hopped on lately (and no way can you deny a sizeable portion of Manny's fans have done this) have yet to see Pacquiao through a loss, and if he does lose a whole lot of people are going to be hopping off the bandwagon.
LOL most pac fan have been here longer then you.
You joined in April 2009....Comment

i think most of us feel that way too.....but it just shows how confident pac and roach are of a victory.....ok, I still don't agree with it. what have you been watching? that is a real question.agree, floyd will adjust
false
myth
floyd's orthodox technique may be superior, but that' doesn't mean he's the more skilled boxer.
if floyd falls behind early he will have to catch up. to catch up he's gonna have to throw more punches, thus exposing himself to return fire from pac. If I'm floyd, I want to win the early rounds so that I can run the rest of the fight instead of putting pressure on pac.
thus, floyd has to fight the perfect fight. floyd's not gonna want to fall behind early.
it's a myth that pbf will easily outbox pac. remember, cotto ran from pac and lost every round that he was running. you can't run from pac and win in vegas. vegas favors aggression and activity.Comment

I think the Pacman's defenses will do well against Pretty Boy although he may get hit a few times. Master Trainer Roach is only being cautious with his call on this fight. However, I'm edging more toward a Cottoesque ending to Floyd's "Run-at-the-Top." I won't even be surprised to see a Hattonesque ending to Pretty Boy as well. JAT

Yea, just like you were gonna KO Cotto in the first, eh, Roach?
SD in favour of Pac is more likely.Comment
