The jury definatly is out on Floyd's WW run and thats why I said that he would probably lose before but I think if Floyd is finally of weight and comfortable then I dont think the jury will be out. I always thought there was a 130-140 pound Floyd who could fight anyone and history and I think he would fight anyone at that weight, including guys like Sweet Pea or whoever. I said that was the cut off though and at WW I think he would struggle to beat great fighters and could lose to average guys at 154. I felt he was not only too small at WW but I felt that his body looked forced at WW which made him look slower and everything.

Now though if he gets to 153 or so then I think it may sound crazy but he could be faster because he's not forced now. I think he could start to look at WW like he did at 140 but thats why I need one more fight to tell. I actually think JMM was better than most think at WW its just that Floyd was a bad matchup and neither were going to take too many risk. The Pac fight will tell us more. I agree with you about the Vernon jab before the retirment but if Im right and he starts looking like the 140 pound Floyd again then I dont think Vernon's jab will overly bother him. I think it would actually be a great matchup. I dont think Floyd uses the shoulder roll a ton in that fight. I think he will go into it on D but I dont think he uses it for O like he did basically the whole JMM fight. I think he would use more of a speed stance kind of like he will use against Pac. He can do that against Vernon because Vernon is a righty and I just dont see hardly any righty in history hitting a prime Maywether clean. I think he has mastered his D that well

Well i agree PBF looks fresh..........but MAYORGA wasnt "skilled" atleast that night.................Vernon was thrown out of his game plan because of el matadors unorthodox antics...........i see a disciplined, focus vernon in this one..........it aint gonna be a barn burner but a scientific/tactical boxing......i dont see PBF getting pass a great, long, patient jabber....

he might not hit him flaush..........but Vipers gonna outpoint money.....................

You would put Floyd in a fantasy matchup at his least impressive weight

Before anything, let me say that Shane faught very ****** twice and couldn't adapt. Then he had the nerve to try and use the same style in the rematch but with more intensity. Mayweather isn't gonna move straight up and down, or throw that garbage of a jab Shane has. Mayweather would make this somewhat competitive but in the end, Forrest is too big. I'd go with Forrest by U.D.

yalll gotta take into consideration that floyd @ WW don't put his punches together like the LW floyd. How mny combos did he throw against JMM. The gatti fight was really the last fight he let his hands go. The way he been fighting the last couple years won't cut it with a prime vernon
