There's a few factors, I'll start by naming a few, here I go.

1 - Pavlik gets tagged easy.
2 - Pavlik couldn't/wouldn't keep up with Williams' work rate.
3 - Williams has better Stamina, Pavlik has good stamina himself but he would gas due to the pace of the fight.
4 - Pavlik struggles with anyone who gives him some kind of movement/angles(Taylor early, Hopkins). Not saying Williams is a master boxer but he's no Espino.

    * Williams getting dropped once in his career by a big shot(if you seen the slow motion replay, Martinez lunges in with everything in that punch) doesn't mean he's bound to get ko'd now. Pavlik has more power than Martinez of course but he won't land on Williams the way the slick southpaw did.

there could be a few more, but now give me your factors on why Pavlik would ko Williams.

Not at all, I have nothing against Pavlik and I'm not the biggest P.Will fan either although I do support him a lot for wanting to fight the best at anytime, any weight.

PS: I stated my reasons why he would win.

lol, But Pavlik's defense is good right? the guy was getting tagged like there's no tomorrow against Espino.

Pavlik's defense isn't good, but Williams d is not existent.

I agree with most, but Williams gets tagged easy too. I believe if Pavlik uses his jab this fight and puts a little pressure on Williams he can catch him with a straight right or if on the inside an uppercut. I also believe Pavlik has a bit more power than Martinez. Not to mention Kells body work last night. I don't like making predictions(superstious) I just hope it's a good fight.

Both could work on their D no doubt, Pavlik has a chance, I just don't see it like some do, Pavlik knocking Williams out easy. Won't be a easy win for either fighter but I do think Williams' work rate would slow Pavlik down and he would get the UD.

pavlik vs pwill will be about offense, not defense and pavlik's offense is too strong. its like matching a machine gun (pwill) vs. a rocket launcher (pavlik)

I think what pwill is doing is great, but I don't like this match up for pwill until he learns how to use his reach and works on his defense.

doesn't matter, pwill won't be able to hurt him

2 - Pavlik couldn't/wouldn't keep up with Williams' work rate.
pavlik throws a lot of punches too.

3 - Williams has better Stamina, Pavlik has good stamina himself but he would gas due to the pace of the fight.
I have yet to see pavlik gas, ever.

pwill is a warrior and will want to fight toe to toe to his detriment. if he doesn't run, pwill will get KOed.

                * Williams getting dropped once in his career by a big shot(if you seen the slow motion replay, Martinez lunges in with everything in that punch) doesn't mean he's bound to get ko'd now. doesn't matter, pwill is hittable, southpaw or orthodox. I dunno if pwill can handle the power.

there could be a few more, but now give me your factors on why Pavlik would ko Williams.
                see all of the above

it won't be easy, but pavlik can take pwill's pitty pat punches, but pwill won't be able to take pavlik's bombs.

                  pwill ain't no bhop.

"Pavlik throws a lot of punches too"/"I have yet to see pavlik gas, ever."

That is true, but we haven't seen Pavlik in such a fight like he would have with Williams. Paulie is used to fighting at a unreal pace and throwing 80 punches per round from round 1 to 12. I think he would tire Pavlik out a lil bit.

"doesn't matter, pwill won't be able to hurt him"

Jermain Taylor knocked him down and had him hurt, Taylor who isn't a puncher by any means. You never know, If Williams can tire him out a bit, and keep up his work rate, who knows? Hopkins also stunned him a few times, both guys that stunned him weren't devistating punchers by any means.

I think Kelly will win this one by stoppage. I find Williams leaves himself open way to much.
