If Manny pressures FMJ he will win.

A southpaw who doesn't give Floyd any room will simple mess him up. He can't shoulder roll a straight left. If Pacquiao makes him fight all night Floyd will lose, nuff said.
Pacquiao has the strength of Hatton, the speed of Judah and the workate of Castillo. As long as Pacquiao offensively assaults Mayweather for 12 rounds he's got it in the bag. Non of this "controlled ring generalship" - A guy like Pacquiao isn't going to be blinking every time Mayweather feints, nor is he going to sit his ass down in the middle of the ring and Let Floyd touch his belly with his jab.
I don't think Floyd can take his punches and I'd be surprised if this fight goes 12 rounds.
my reason being: Judah, a quick southpaw was fuqing him up for the first 5 rounds and it get's labelled as Mayweather adapting. WRONG, it was all Judah fading. He fades in all his fights. Pacquiao doesn't fade, and he's straight up better than Judah. I mean, at least Judah stayed in Floyds comfort zone.
Most Floyd fans won't even read this and will conjure up some jargon explaining to me why i'm wrong, which if I am, will apologize.
I think Floyds only way to win is if he can somehow run and clinch effectively against a man as strong and as skilled Pacquiao.
He basically has to out think Floyd in there... which won't be an easy task.Comment

Judah was doing nothing... do you ever heard the saying loose the battle but win the war? You probably also thought that Hatton was close to winning against Floyd because of the first few rounds or? That was his plan... he ain't walked away from Judah if you remember... he walked to him... to try to pressure Judah's mind and that he throws more then he usually does... of course it was Mayweather... all of the sudden because Judah was so badly gassed that he couldn't throw a left anymore after 4 rounds??? Who are you kidding?
And that was because Floyd allowed him too... it's the same with Castillo... the first fight was that way because Mayweather wanted it too... it has nothing to do with Castillo dude... because if he would have solved it why didn't he do it in the rematch??? Mayweather fights at the distance and the rate he wants... sometimes he wants it close... sometimes he wants it a distance... he wanted to fight Hatton at distance too but soon found at that it's way simpler to fight him in the inside... so he did... the same with Judah... if you fight Judah at distance he has a chance to time you with his fast hands as well... so you stay close if you can defend it etc. Do I have to explain you how boxing goes... and if he feels that Pacquiao is easier to be beat close he will do it and if he feels distance is the right thing he will do that... everything that happens in the ring is because he allows it too... you will see March 13 was ring generalship is... he had no problem with getting hit by Judah or Corley so it was no problem... do you think he wanted to get hit by Corrales... and what happened?
And again to your southpaw argument... it means ****... I could also show you tape of how right handed fighters land on him... I could also show you tape of how a slower, with less power Marquez counterpunchs Pacquiao... what does that prove?
It's your opinion and it's ok but to hang your hope on Zab Judah??? Are problems now because a fighter got hit 3 times... well then Pacquiao had mad problems against Cotto as well you know...
The should roll isn't as effective against southpaws... but he knows it too... and pretty much used the standard hands up with the exception if somebody gets close to him
I think Floyd can take his punches... Cotto did as well for 12 rounds... DLH did too... they hurt them but only because they got caught regulary and Pacquiao is heavy handed... I'm more intrigued if Pacquiao can take Mayweathers punches... the first few rounds Mayweather will land soft shots... but after the rounds continue Mayweather will throw harder punches... He was hurt at two occasions against Cotto pretty much from one shots...
No problem... I like both fighters and if Pacquiao wins I'm happy for him too... I'm rooting for Mayweather but if Manny wins which I highly doubt even that it is competeive to tell you the truth... I have no problem to praise Pacquiao afterwards... I think he is an great... and if he beats Mayweather I don't know who can't consider him at least somewhere in the top15 all time based on his accomplishmentsComment

Hardcore Pac fans like the TS will always pick Pac against anyone and not realise that an opponent of the calibre of Mayweather will pose many problems for Pac as well. The TS thinks the only way for Floyd to win is to "somehow" run and clinch. Floyd has many tools that he can utilise to frustrate Pac in this fight and negate alot of Manny's effectiveness - not just finding a way to "run and clinch".
Likewise, Manny can pose problems for Mayweather but IMO Manny has mostly a punchers advantage in this fight, and if he cannot cleanly land a solid punch on PBF then he will struggle. PBF is not easy to hit like Manny's last four opponents. His skill level is beyond anyone he's ever faced before. So a simple tactic of pressure is not going to work against him.
The fight is 60/40 in Mayweathers favour IMO. I wouldn't be totally suprised if Mayweather does get caught with something big early on ala Cotto, but he will recover better ala JMM and will still get the win.Comment
