Help Me Understand Mr Haye

He only got the UK tv rights in the Klitschko contract, he got a percentage of everything in the Valuev one. He made a lot more money vs Valuev than he would have fighting the Klitschko's.

You telling me, if he had all the UK TV rights for a 3 Klitschko fights he would have made less money than this one Valuev fight. Sorry mate. Not possible.

He got the TV rights, then the TV company that was behind him went bust and he was going to get paid nothing.

Common man, Setanta went bust. They would redraw the contract when it did.

Obviously Haye needs money...who would sign a contract with one guy not making ****? There would ahve been a solution.


Instead Setanta going bust was the perfect excuse to opt out of the contract. Even though its obvious that the contract would have been changed to accomodate the fact that setanta in no more.

OK his fights with Valuev, Ruiz and if he faces another fighter before the Klitschko's will make him more money than 3 fights with the Klitschko's because he gets a percentage of everything instead of just the UK tv rights.

These idiots dont have a clue how much Haye was going to make to fight Vitali or Wlad, nor do they have much of an idea how much he made against Valuev.

They are merely pretending to know and making assumptions based on what they have read posted by fellow David Haye Biased British Nuthuggers.

Fact of that matter is that worst case scenario for Haye if he fought Wlad was making just as much as he did for Valuev. Like you said, if Setanta went bust the Klitschkos wouuld have just found another way to get Haye million and a half bucks and send him home in a body bag.

What Haye doesn't like to acknowledge, and his fans never do, is that if Haye had beaten Wlad then the next fight, a unification against Vitali, would probably have made Haye a minimum of 5 millions dollars and maybe upwards of 10.

As it is now, regardless of what Haye says, the WBA is very unlikely to allow him to unify because he would lose, the Klitschkos would vacate the WBA right away, and the belt would be made to look like the worthless piece of garbage that it is.

He's going to fight at least one of them at some point, that's where the money is and now he's a belt holder he can command a larger % age and a better contract.
