No way bro. Those guys are all all-time greats. Cotto doesn't belong with them.

That's your opinion, but Cotto's this generation's Puerto Rican representative and he's been in some great fights against some big names in the sport. He'll be among those names.

I still want to see someone who can claim Cotto was defeated at 147 with a straight face, IMO Margarito left a lot of doubt in people's mind with his antics and that has cast a doubt over his "Win" against cotto, And Pac's win over cotto was at 145 (Not 147) And before anyone come with me with the BS about a WW fight is 141-147 please let it go.

Cotto could end up Higher than Floyd in the HOF ranking defends on how they end their career.

As of now, Floyd's ahead because of his works at the lower weight Class. But Cotto fought & Beat Mosley & has a better resume at 140 & 147. What if Pac annihilate Floyd in a dominating KO around 5 rds??? Then Floyd take Mosley for his comeback and got KOed by Mosley too????

Couple this with Cotto getting Back to beat Margarito in a rematch, and get titles at 154 possibly with Foreman & Paul Williams or Martinez. Then it will look good for Cotto which willl be remembered only to lose legitimately to Pac, the #1 P4P of all time, in an action Pack fight, winning 1 rd & staying for 12 rds.

You guys so overrate this fighting anyone stuff. Who did Cotto fight that he couldve ducked? Why would Cotto fear anyone that he fought? My point is that he's basically fought in 1 weight class his whole career. He was twice as big as anyone at 140 and then he's the same size and stronger than most at WW. How should he get mad credit for fighting these cats? Pretty much everyone in boxing fights guys at there original weight. No one ducks anyone because all the sizes are even or even you are bigger & stronger than most. Its when you star to move up in weight when guys start to pick certain guys to fight and Cotto never did that. Dont tell me that he moved up to WW either. He was always a WW, just fighting at 140
