I like Valero against all three, but JMM gives him the most trouble if he's not past it, counter city all night long.
Kats would be the easiest, Kats can get rocked by big lefts (see Casamayor) and he's there to be hit and will be hit.
Him versus Soto would be the best fight because neither would back up.
Soto does very good work inside, so ideally he'd pressure and handle him on the inside but if Soto backs up he's open for the monster left.
Him versus Soto would be the fight I would want to see.
The hard thing to know is, seldom lately Valero's fights have gone deep, so I wonder about his stamina in the last rounds since he's ko'ing everyone. He hasn't had to worry about that in a while.
