Does it bother you that Pacquiao never gave Marquez the rematch for a Trilogy?

What would have been unfortunate is if they had never had their rematch last year.

But the way it turned out was that neither fight gave a definitive result to the fans. Sure we've got scorecards but these were evenly matched fights. A third fight may have been equally non-definitive. Just the way the Vasquez Marquez trilogy is. Well, isn't that what we were thinking at the time? Now everyone says Pacquiao will steamroll him.

A third fight...I dunno, I don't see how its possible anymore and not a question of the fighter's hearts, just one fighter is gravitating one way, and the other fighter another way.

Pacquiao would annihilate marquez at 140 and murder him at 147, no point in the rematch especially if pac beats mayweather.

Yea after their first fight, Marquez wanted nothing to do w/ Pac.

This is not a test you don't get a third chance. If you're given two try and you can't come up with a win than you're doom. I think Marquez should stay away from a third fight because Pac would knock his ass out.

I wouldn't mind a third fight w/ Marquez as a farewell fight for Pac. They could do it in the Philippines and Marquez would probably agree to it.

A 3rd fight would be nice, but I don't feel it's fair to take Marquez over 140 because he's out of his depth. However, if he agreed to it, that's his own fault. At 140+, I don't give him much of a chance against Pacquiao, I don't think a KO is unlikely.

No, because he fought bigger guys like Diaz,Hatton,Oscar, and Cotto afterwards.

With that said, the perfect way to top this off would have been a 3rd fight which would have definitely shed a light on who is considered to be the true victor in the rivalry...because as of right now, we can't say that Pacqiao would have won the third fight, and we can't say that Marquez would have won the third fight....

Now, a third fight wouldn't even be the same....
any weight above 130 would pretty much mean a loss for marquez.
