OK, everyone saying that Pavlik "ducked" Paul Williams

What proof do you have that his hand wasn't infected? Do you have doctors testifying that he's lying? Are his medical records fake? Is he not still saying that he wants a Williams fight in 2010? I'm just saying, for all the chit I've heard talked, from fans of a guy who to be honest has looked very beatable in both the first Quintana fight, and his last fight, why do you think Pavlik is signing up for these fights and then pulling out? To waste promoter's money and time, or to fool his fans? The things that come outta the mouths of some of you is outrageous.

Deal with the fact the injury was legit. He doesn't even feel ready to fight right now. You can tell. He's only doin this to hold his belts. Come 2010 Paul can get it if he wants it.

The point is even if it was legit, the fool is fighting this guy only 2 weeks after he was supposed to fight Williams. I hope you dont believe that **** about Williams team didnt want to wait 2 weeks. That BS. Anyone knows they wouldve easily waited. The fact is that Pavlik's team tried to just put everything off and then as soon as Williams signed another fight, then they come back and say that Kelly is fine now and we could fight in 2 weeks but its too late because Williams already has another fight. That **** is a joke

How did he magically get better in like 1 week, enough to start training to fight espino..it was literally 1 week i think

With that being said, I dont think Pavlik downright fears Williams. I just think his team felt that he had some hard fights and he deserved to get a couple of cupcakes before jumping back in with the big boys and unlike others, I am totally fine with that. I think you do need time to regroup sometimes. I see this fight happening next because Williams wants the big money and wants to prove himself while Pavlik thinks Williams is overrated after the Quintana & Martinez fights

Yeah I made a thread last night about him being underrated on here now.....apparently now he is a ***** and a fraud according to some even though he has the heart to come off the floor to stop his opponent and win a world title and the courage to face the then #1 fighter in the world two divisions above him.

its just that as soon as Williams signed a fight Pavlik was 100% and had a fight signed 2 weeks later

takes less to train for a guy like espino than an HBO match up against williams.

                people die from staph infections.

Please show me right after the Williams fight signing where Kelly said he was fine. In your world, that may have actually happened. Meanwhile, back in the real world, Kelly was pressured by the sanctioning bodies to fight before the year was over. I hate the Espino fight, but apparently they needed to fight someone. And why would you fight anyone besides a chump when you don't even know if you'll be 100 percent for the fight?

Againl, please show me a quote where as soon as the Williams fight was signed Pavlik said anything besides "I've been told I have to fight in the very near future or I lose my belts"
