Who do you like in the Williams/Martinez rematch?

Nah... in all seriousness he sacrificed his reach too much and hunched over trying to find Martinez.
Pdub should utilize his height to full advantage and fire the jab as Martinez comes in, and let bigger shots unfold from that.
He basically gave up all his advantages in that fight and just ****** with the guy.Comment

He did that because it was his best chance. Paul is not a boxer and won't be able to outbox the better boxer here.Nah... in all seriousness he sacrificed his reach too much and hunched over trying to find Martinez.

Besides, even if he tries that, its in his blood to fight, not box.
He is what he is.Comment

He'll do what it takes to win..
Martinez was a wake up call... I wouldn't be surprised at all if they train the man to box more and use his reach to full advantage in the rematch, mixing in a share of his old style too.
Consider how, after losing to Quintana, he adjusted and came back and won decisively.Comment

I thought Quintana was the wake up call? Thats what Williams said after the fight. He'll do what it takes to win..

Anyway, I don't put much stock in that rematch. 1st round knockouts are misleading.
Sometimes guys just get caught cold.Comment

nah....martinez is damn good, but i don't really see anything he can improve upon, or do better in the rematch. he fought a great fight, and still lost.
no disrespect to sergio, but to go from training for a guy like pavlik, to start training for a COMPLETELY different style of fighter in a month or so, is pretty tough.
a rematch is a necessity, but PW wins more comfortably, as i just don't see what martinez can do better the second time around.Comment
