    floyd wants a lenient penalty say something similar to the juanma fight. come in a few pounds over pay a fee hundred thousand dollars.

    roach wants a heavy penalty. 1 million per pound over.

                Your statement is full of " S P E C U L A T I O N ", the fact is pacman already agreed to 147 nothing more nothing less. Anything other than that is ducking - that goes for both sides!

                  147 was agreed upon by both parties. Nowhere does it say that floyd wants to fight @ 154, nor have I come across any articles that say so. Most likely they are talking about the financial penalties of coming in over weight.
                  I believe its either 1 of 3 things:

                  1. Floyd is not so confident in making the 147 limit.
                  2. The financial risk is too much (an outlandish amount ie 2mil per lb overweight)
                  3. They want a "wiggle room" intentionally for advantage purposes. ( imo thier way of saying catchweight)

                  * I think both parties really want this to happen, there's just too much money at stake. Right now is just a time of squabbling over the technicalities.
