Cotto hits harder. Zab said that as well on his ustream. Mayweather can hurt you though like many have said with surprise and or accuracy. Were talking about two different types of power---Mayweather uses power effectively meaning--he may not hit as hard as Cotto however because of his accuracy and suprise shots--opponents get the full impact of his punches. The punches you don't see are the ones that hurt.
