Pac is 140lbs fighter but his willing to go up to 147lbs to accomodate floyd but floyd want's it 154lbs. LOL

The same article says tha Pac does not want to face a fighter a "division higher or so heavier than he is", so what conclusion can we get from this? Floyd wants it at a weight more than 147....
