I believe Ariza is saying that Mayweather doesn't know what Manny is taking. He isn't saying that Manny doesn't know what Manny is taking. The actual quote from Ariza in the 12/14 article is also unclear, and that article could have been written better by saying he (Pacquiao) or he (Mayweather) so we know exactly who Ariza is talking about.

Yes, but the previous two paragraphs and the previous two sentences were about Mayweather's accusations:

"All the posturing about Manny getting knocked out or being on steroids…all of that s—t, he (Mayweather) is going to eventually have to step into that ring and he’s going to have to fight. There’s not going to be any excuses.”

Don't forget that Boxingscene doesn't exactly have the greatest writers. Their articles have plenty of flaws in them, including articles from Ronnie Nathanielsz.

Then again keep in mind we are reading snippets of the conversation, not the full dialog. I can't tell you how many times I've seen conversation's context edited out of an article. Typically when a reporter is quoting someone they clarify who the subject being spoken about is when pronouns are used.

How different would his quote sound if it was written like this "I[Ariz] am the one in charge, I’m the one responsible for what Manny takes. He[FMSr] has no idea what he[Pac] takes.”
