Actually i agree with them being too hurried up with the title shots, it leaves the more deserving contenders out in the cold.
But it is also with these shots that nobodys get a crack where they normally wouldn't have one. If i remember right, Pac was just a last minute sub against Ledwaba. i am not saying that any pinoy prospect is the next Pacman though.(i hate it when they say that about a prospect.)
The good thing with matches like these is we get to determine whether a prospect is any good or a bum. Sometimes this is better than the opposite where the prospect burns midway through his career being an overprotected fighter (JCC jr.) or grows old without getting his breaks early on (JMM)
Either way, its not just the pinoys, most nations with a decent following are guilty of pushing their prospects, look at what DLH does.
as for Eden Sonsona, impressed and thats about it, he is too green for this.
